Consider both “sides” of the amendment before making a decision, it proposes to make major changes in the IEEE organization. Regarding TEMS, examine the MaL candidate and see what they are committing to deliver to improve TEMS for you. Committed deliverables, like conferences, are far more needed than experienced “advisors” that
attend meetings.
