Update – IEEE TEMS Constitution and Bylaws

The updated TEMS Constitution and Bylaws were approved and are now in effect.  The changes modified and expanded the duties and responsibilities of our officers and Members-at-Large.

Should you have any questions, or suggestions for future revisions, please contact me at  The TEMS Governance Committee has the responsibility to review suggestions and propose changes to the TEMS Operations Manual.
