It has been an exciting year since we revived the IEEE TEMS LEADER Newsletter in June 2016. We have attempted to make the content interesting and relevant. The newsletter was slowly transitioned from a document only format to an easily readable and internet searchable website: leader.ieee-tems.org . We are humbled by the positive response received from all of you and the encouragement. The site has steady traffic and more than 5000 TEMS members have engaged with us on the content and many more visitors in the last months.
From Oct 2017 edition, LEADER Newsletter is ready to take another leap to release a graphically designed “Online Document version” which can be either downloaded (PDF version) or viewed online using viewers ( ISSUU.com / google drive ). This additional format is for people who wish to read LEADER in their leisure using the new eBook readers like Kindle or Tablets.

With the renewed LEADER, we wish to focus more on content that is informative, educative and related to new topics in engineering management. You will find some of the new types of articles and we love to hear your feedback. It is our first attempt and if you find any issues do let us know and we assure quick fix.
We aspire to make LEADER a platform for all TEMS members to express themselves and contribute content and make the society vibrant. Kind request to all the readers to submit your original content or interesting article to report or reports of interesting events/activities in your chapters or suggestions, all are welcome.
